Throughout my career in recruitment, I’ve had the privilege of connecting top talent with businesses across APAC, Europe, MENA, and LATAM. Along the way, I've built a strong network of professionals—from C-level executives to entry-level talent—specialising in Gaming, Fintech, Blockchain, Crypto, and Payments. Despite success in traditional recruitment, I began to feel a loss of purpose. Hiring should be about more than just filling roles—it should and can drive meaningful progress. That’s where the idea of Hire One, Help Many was born: to integrate a world-class hiring service with social, environmental, and humanitarian aid. Our goal is to build a community of professionals and businesses that don’t just grow together, but give back together. I truly believe we can make a difference together. Before recruitment, I played cricket for Surrey County Cricket Club and later transitioned into advanced-level coaching. I had the honour of leading Argentina’s National Cricket Team for a number of years in global championships across the Americas, where I applied high-performance coaching principles to develop elite athletes. Today, I bring that same discipline, strategy, and competitive edge to H1, ensuring our partnerships create lasting impact.
